It is a web app but also provides a <a href=\"https:\/\/software.sil.org\/audioprojectmanager\/download\/\">Desktop Extension<\/a> for those who need to be able to work off line without an Internet connection. This release a condensed view of the project plan. There were also many bug fixes.
