FieldWorks uses the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnu.org\/licenses\/lgpl-2.1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GNU Lesser General Public License<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>FieldWorks development documentation is available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sillsdev\/FwDocumentation\/wiki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GitHub documentation page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Graphite2 engine is released under the GNU Lesser Public License<br \/>\n(LGPL) \u2013 version 2.1.<\/p>\n<p>The SilGraphite engine and Graphite compiler are released under both:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) \u2013 version 2.1<\/li>\n<li>Common Public License \u2013 version 0.5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. It would be helpful, however, for you to first contact the team to find out whether your intended enhancement or fix is already being worked on by someone else.
