By preventing direct access to a Paratext project, Glyssen encouraged users to avoid trying to start a dramatized recording project based on unpublished texts. However, this also posed some barriers to a lot of legitimate uses of Glyssen in situations where text release bundles were not readily available.<br \/>\nSIL recently made the decision to allow Glyssen to access <a href=\"https:\/\/paratext.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paratext<\/a> project data directly. Of course, we still encourage users to make sure a translation has been consultant checked and approved for publication before using Glyssen to prepare the audio script for recording.
