Team setup in the SIL Transcriber is fairly simple:<\/p>\n

  1. Click Add a team<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Members button<\/li>\n
  3. Invite Members<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Add a Team<\/h2>\n

    After clicking the Add a Team<\/code> button you will be asked to give the team a name. A good name might just be the language the team is able to transcribe but there are no limits on how you name your teams.<\/p>\n

    Members<\/h2>\n

    Once you have the team, you will see a Members<\/code> button on the right. Clicking this button will bring up a dialog with three tabs. The first tab will be used to describe the members.<\/p>\n

    Invite Members<\/h2>\n

    Those who will use the web app need to have an email address. For each such member, the admin will click the Invite<\/code> button which will bring up a dialog where the members email address and role can be defined. This will cause an email to go to the person. They will need to click the link in the email to accept the invitation. Online members can also work with the offline Desktop Extension.<\/p>\n
