Version 1.0.0.0 is now available
A new version of Asheninka (a Syllable Parser) is now available. To get an installer go to the download page. This version is currently only available in 64-bit versions. Contact us if you need a 32-bit version for Windows or Linux.
This is the first release with all six syllabification approaches fully implemented.
Here is a summary of the new features of this version:
- Enable the Moraic approach.
- Enable the Nuclear Projection approach.
- Enable the Optimality Theory approach.
One other thing: there are two sample projects available for your use. One is in English IPA dealing with some of the challenges of English syllabification. The other is for Asheninka Pajonal (which can have very long words).
