Bug fixes for creating drafts
Bug Fixes:
- Previously the list of books could take a long time to load when generating a draft. The loading time has been dramatically improved, and a loading indicator has been added.
- Fixed an error when internet connectivity is interrupted while Scripture Forge is loading information about the percentage of text drafted for each book.
