September 3 bug fixes
Bug Fixes:
- Syncing will no longer crash for resources when the list of users with access to those resources has changed.
- Offline messaging and offline project navigation from the my projects page is improved.
- Uploading training data CSV files will no longer cause the browser tab to freeze.
