  2. Run the installer. For Vista and Windows 7 and above, be sure to run as administrator (right-click on the file you just downloaded and choose “Run as Administrator”). It will do all that is needed. As its last step, it will start up the XMLmind XML Editor with a sample XLingPaper document in it. You can then “play” with this sample document.
