Improvements:

• Users will now be reminded to configure formatting options before requesting a new draft when no formatting settings exist for the previous draft.
• Project admins can add a draft to a book even if they have not been explicitly granted edit permissions for that specific book or chapter.

Bug Fixes:

• Verse numbers can no longer be removed by cutting text while holding down the mouse button.
