New option to specify single editor panel view
Updates:
- A new option has been added to the Translator Settings dialog that allows users to display all editor tabs in a single pane instead of side by side.
Improvements:
- When generating a draft, the scripture ranges sent to the build system now correctly reflect whether the user selected whole books or specific chapters, rather than always expanding books into their full chapter lists.
- Major section headings in the editor are now styled, making the document structure clearer when viewing or editing Scripture text.
- The draft format preview now respects the project’s configured font size, so the preview looks consistent with how the text appears in the main editor.
Bug Fixes:
- When downloading a draft as USFM, chapters from a previous draft were incorrectly included; this is now fixed so only the current draft’s chapters are included.
- Lynx was being silently re-enabled after a user explicitly turned it off; users can now disable it and it will stay disabled.
- On the final step of the draft generation flow, the page title is now shortened when many books are selected so it no longer overflows or looks cluttered.
- The explanatory note shown on the partial-book drafting page has been reworded for clarity.
- When a question filter is active in Community Checking, clicking a verse now only activates questions that match the current filter, instead of jumping to hidden or filtered-out questions.
- When a user edits an existing answer in Community Checking, the ellipsis indicating clipped scripture text is now preserved.
- On mobile devices, the source text tab is now correctly removed from the editor when it should no longer be shown.
- When the app is offline, the Biblical Terms panel now correctly shows a “not found” message instead of displaying a broken or empty state.
