XMLmind XSL Utility
To obtain the XMLmind XSL Utility, you can download the latest personal edition below. Be sure to read the license information in the installation program to determine if the Personal Edition License is appropriate for your situation. (SIL members can use the Personal Edition License.)

After you have downloaded the file, do the following:
Operating System | What to do |

Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7) | Run the installer; be sure to install it in the “C:\Program Files” directory (or “C:\Program Files (x86)” directory on 64-bit versions). |
Mac OS X 10.4+ | Unzip it in a place where you will be sure to keep the unzipped folder, then do the following in a Terminal: sudo ln -sf Full_path_to_where_you_unzipped_it/xslutil_perso-4_6_1 /usr/local/bin/xslutil Please note that there is a space between “Full_path_to_where_you_unzipped_it/xslutil_perso-4_6_1” and “/usr/local/bin/xslutil“. Note that on some Mac systems, you may need to first make the /usr/local/bin directory via commands like these: sudo mkdir -p /usr/local |
Linux | Unzip it in a place where you will be sure to keep the unzipped folder, then do the following in a Terminal: sudo ln -sf Full_path_to_where_you_unzipped_it/xslutil_perso-4_6_1 /usr/local/bin/xslutil |
