We are seeking full-time professional Directors to help us lead managers, developers, and their distributed teams. We have teams working in finance, information technology, marketing, recruiting, training, software development, software testing, and writing systems.

The Director is a holistic, strategic, high-level role with responsibilities of leadership, day-to-day operations, financial management, project management, personnel management, and partnership development. Directors work closely with the Language Technology leadership team, SIL Global leadership, partners and supporting organizations, user communities, and funding partners.
Directors should have experience in leadership, operational management, fiscal management, personnel management, and strategic planning. A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, communication, organizational leadership, appropriate technical area, or equivalent work experience preferred, but we care more for a heart and mind that are always learning. 3 to 5 years' experience leading teams is preferred.
Will complete the initial IT Software Department training program and relevant portions of IT Orientation.
