SIL Transcriber 2.15.9 hotfix

The SIL Transcriber development team is pleased to announce the 2.15.9 hot fix release. This release updates the Indonesian localization but otherwise is the same as 2.15.8. The full-featured desktop app is available for downloading. There should be no change for the SIL Transcriber web app which supports even more platforms.
