DiagSap runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Windows

  1. Download the installer.
  2. If you have an earlier version of DiagSap installed, uninstall it first.
  3. Right-click the file you downloaded and choose Run as Administrator.

macOS

  1. Download the installer.
  2. Double-click the installer file.
  3. Drag the DiagSap icon into the Applications folder.
  4. Note: if macOS says DiagSap has not been notarized, open System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security. DiagSap should be listed, and you can click Open Anyway.

Linux

  1. Download the installer.
  2. Open a terminal and go to the folder where you downloaded it.
  3. If you installed DiagSap before, remove the old version by typing sudo dpkg -r diagsap and pressing Enter.
  4. Install the new version by typing sudo dpkg -i name_of_the_downloaded_deb_file and pressing Enter.
