Improvements:

• Source projects can now be synced by users with Paratext observer permissions.
• Additional training data (spreadsheet format) can now be added to any project without requiring a special configuration setting. This step is now located on the draft sources configuration page.
• Added Tirra to the list of supported SIL fonts.
