Creating a New Project

1. Open the WeSay Configuration Tool.
2. Select Create New Project and name your project, typically after the language.
3. Initialize your project’s writing systems.

Writing System Setup

1. Click on Writing Systems.
2. Add your language’s ISO-code and other relevant settings.
3. Select the keyboard and spell checker for your writing system.
4. Choose the appropriate font and direction (left-to-right or right-to-left).

Interacting with FLEx

1. Importing LIFT:
   • Export your FLEx dictionary as a LIFT file.
   • In WeSay, create a project from the FLEx LIFT export.
2. Exporting LIFT:
   • Save your WeSay dictionary as a LIFT file for use in FLEx.

Adding an Additional Language

1. Add the Writing System in the Configuration Tool.
2. Display the Writing System by configuring the fields in the Fields menu.
