New Features

We’ve made some exciting improvements to our platform! Now, each section can have its own scheme, giving you control over assignment and permissions for every step in the workflow. You can grant member users permission
to edit sheet permissions and publish, or remove peer group members as needed. We’ve also revamped the hide filter to hide sections and passages assigned to others, streamlining your workflow.

When it comes to titles, a new dialog allows you to both record and upload them with ease. Your user profile is now a flexible dialog with view and edit modes, making it simpler to manage your information. The project settings dialog has a fresh new look with tabs, fitting neatly on your screen for easy navigation.

We’ve added a convenient link to Translators Workplace in the help menu, so you can access the resources you need quickly. Discussions now track the creator user, who can resolve or respond to comments.

Other enhancements include a language picker that suggests more suitable fonts, and the ability for admins to invite multiple users at once. Plus, if your passage recording upload fails due to internet issues, you can try again when your connection improves.

Bug Fixes

We’re excited to share our latest release, packed with bug fixes and
improvements to enhance your experience. Let’s dive in!

First, going offline is now more seamless, with three download options to suit your needs. You can also copy and paste publishing sheets into new projects, making it easier to reuse and build on your work.

When propagating publishing, we’ve taken care to exclude linked notes that might be published elsewhere, ensuring consistency and accuracy. For Back Translations, you can now record a new voice before making the translation, giving you more flexibility.

We’ve also made significant improvements to audio features. Noise canceling and voice conversion now work smoothly with larger files, and we’ve renamed "recognize speech"
to "auto transcription" for clarity. When using voice conversion, it’s best to record samples before applying them to your recording.

Other notable fixes include the ability to change graphic rights statements without uploading a new graphic, and comparing passage recordings to resources now works as expected. Resource images are also displayed correctly, even when working offline in the desktop application.

We’ve also addressed some usability issues. Invalid URLs now redirect to the team screen, and the player has a convenient close button. Changes to text resources and category lists are now saved correctly, and font size adjustments automatically update line height for better readability.

Finally, our application is now compatible with the latest version of Audacity, ensuring seamless integration.
