- slight adjustment of U+02D0 MODIFIER LETTER TRIANGULAR COLON and U+002F SOLIDUS. Metrics were not changed.
- Fixed collision issues for all Vietnamese glyphs ‘with horn’ (U+0315 COMBINING COMMA ABOVE RIGHT). This means the metrics changed for these characters.
- Feature modifications:
  - new alternates added to feature ID 1033 and renamed from Small v-hook alternate to V-hook alternates
  - new alternate U+2C65 LATIN SMALL LETTER A WITH STROKE added to Literacy alternates feature
  - default for Diacritic selection was changed from “on” to “off” (by request of FieldWorks team)
  - Bridging Diacritics was altered so that U+0311 COMBINING INVERTED BREVE or U+0361 COMBINING DOUBLE INVERTED BREVE will span the “ou” digraph.

Removal of about 700 unused (and unencoded) glyphs (including precomposed chao tone letters which were no longer needed since these are now dynamically created). (This should not affect anyone, it was used for smart font rendering and we changed how we rendered them.)
Fixed issues: kern table error, usMaxContext and yMax errors
