We are pleased to announce the release of Glyssen 1.1. As announced in October, the major new feature in this version of Glyssen is the addition of support for direct access to data from live Paratext projects. This means that if Paratext 8 or later is installed, Glyssen’s Open Project dialog box will now display an entry for each eligible Paratext project on the computer. Rather than having to obtain or create a Text Release Bundle for the project, you can simply select the desired Paratext project and Glyssen will create a project for it. And if changes are required to the Scripture text during the script preparation process, the Update button in Glyssen’s Project Properties button will pull in those changes, and the script will be updated accordingly.
