IPA Keyboard

See these instructions for installing an IPA keybard. If you install the MSK keyboard for Windows 10, go to the language settings and download the Icelandic language. Then log off and log on again and it should show in the language panel on the status bar in the lower right part of the screen next to the date and time. The chart provided with the keyboard will help in typing the special symbols.
